Able Writers Day at Wigtown Primary School, Leeds last month.

A great day and thank you to all the pupils who came along for the story writing/grammar workshop and a HUGE thank you to the grown ups who were with them. Wigtown Primary School is a warm and welcoming place and they made us all feel right at home. As well as pupils from Wigtown Primary there were pupils from Brodetsky Primary school and Harehills Primary school.

(Hello Mrs Broughton!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

A really great bunch of people and they worked SO hard! Thank you.

This is what a really kind teacher, Ms Lilley from Wigtown Primary said afterwards:

‘Today’s workshop with David Harmer was very good indeed. It was lively, entertaining and focussed well on the story writing theme, with the necessary grammar tips slotted in!’

Thank you very much.
